REVIEWER GUIDELINES

  1. ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Confidentiality: The manuscript is a strictly privileged document. Reviewers must not share it with colleagues or utilize it for educational purposes. Uploading the manuscript, or any portion thereof, to Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is expressly prohibited, as this constitutes a severe breach of confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
  • Conflict of Interest: If a reviewer suspects they can identify the author(s) or identifies any competing financial, institutional, or collaborative interest, they must notify the Editor-in-Chief immediately and decline the review assignment.
  • Objectivity: Reviews must be conducted with absolute objectivity. Personal criticism directed at the author is ethically unacceptable.
  1. EVALUATION CRITERIA

Reviewers are required to assess the manuscript based on the following rigorous standards:

  • Originality & Novelty: Does the manuscript address a substantial gap in the discipline? Is the research question innovative and clearly articulated?
  • Literature Review: Does the manuscript critically synthesize at least 15 high-impact scientific sources? Are the references chronologically relevant (predominantly published within the last 5–10 years)?
  • Methodology (Rigor): Is the research design transparently described and methodologically sound? Are the data collection instruments valid and reliable? Is the study replicable by other researchers?
  • Results: Are the empirical findings presented with absolute clarity? Are all tables and figures strictly formatted according to APA 7th Edition standards (e.g., devoid of vertical lines)?
  • Discussion: Are the findings rigorously interpreted within the context of the cited literature? Are the limitations of the study and future research implications adequately examined?
  1. TIMELINE

We request that reviewers complete their comprehensive evaluation within 45 days. If this deadline cannot be met, the Editorial Office must be informed immediately to ensure the timely processing of the manuscript.
