Compliance with International Standards This statutory policy is unequivocally aligned with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and strictly fulfills the core criteria of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Users possess the unrestricted right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or utilize them for any other lawful non-commercial purpose, without encountering financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from internet access itself.

3. Copyright Retention

In accordance with the regulatory frameworks of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), authors of manuscripts published in this journal retain full, unconditional copyright and publishing rights without restriction. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the corpus and to be formally acknowledged as the primary institutional publisher.

The journal levies absolutely no Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, or editorial processing costs.
