Peer Review

Each submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous review process. Members of the Bank of Journal Reviewers conduct an objective and fair double-blind review of all submitted manuscripts.

The manuscripts that pass the review process will be accepted for publication. For this issue, the authors receive an official acceptance letter. All the manuscripts submitted for the publication undergo review and are approved by the EdiĀ­torial Board.

  1. The manuscript undergoes initial review and verification for compliance with the topics of the journal and the formal requirements.
  2. If the article doesn't fit the journal's subject matter, topics, and interests, it's excluded from revision, and the author is notified.
  3. We are submitting the manuscript to an independent expert for evaluation (peer review).
  4. The review process is anonymous for both the reviewer and the author.
  5. After reviewing the manuscript, maybe:
    • Rejected
    • Returned to the author for revision.
    • Accepted for publication.

The review process includes

  • We assess the content of the manuscript and determine its appropriateness for journal publication.
  • The manuscript should list any errors in methodology, design, and tools.
  • The author should consider improving the text.
  1. In the event of an unfavorable verdict from the reviewer, the question of the manuscript is discussed at the session of the Editorial Board, which recommends the Editor-in-Chief reject it or send it to another independent expert for further review.
  2. The editor-in-chief makes the final decision about whether to publish a manuscript, approve its entire content, or reject the article.
  3. The process of reviewing and approving manuscripts takes from 1 to 2 months, after which they are published on a first-approved, first-published basis.
  4. The editorial board reserves the right to decide on an extraordinary publication of the article.
  5. The author may not coordinate technical changes.
  6. The manuscript is not returned to the author.
