Abstract

The paper deals with the study of psycholinguistic aspects of linguistic consciousness, which is a means of speakers’ verbal expression. The most significant function of linguistic consciousness is the cognition and reflection of objective reality. The estimation of concepts and the use of categorial constructions are vividly expressed in associative links. This is the reason why we need to study the structure of consciousness before expanding on the nature of linguistic consciousness.
