The problem of the personality’s psychological safety in connection with globalization have considered in this article. An attempt is made to reveal the relationship between the processes of unification and integration (as markers of globalization) and their influence on the personality. Attention is paid to the issue of the direction of the worldview "transformation" of the personality. The situation of the pandemic is considered, its negative impact on humans from the point of view of globalization is noted. Attention is drawn to the inevitability of globalization and its negative impact on the psychological safety of the personality.
Fairy tale analysis is discussed as an important factor in investigation the social representations of the leader's image. The article presents an analysis of the presentation of the leader's image in fairy tales. It is believed that the characteristics of objects in fairy tales can be a basis for shaping the content of social perceptions in adulthood.
In this article we discuss the factors social and psychological adaptations of military service, their resilience to stressful and difficult situations, as well as coping tactics with them. We analyze the personal qualities of military service, which are important for their adaptations. In extreme situations, military service is subject to a set of negative factors. Consequently, in order to be effective, military service requires special skills, the ability to act in extreme situations.
Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches, observations and surveys conducted among highly qualified chess players, the article presents the main psychological characteristics of a chess player's personality. As a result of many years of observations in the process of chess competitions, new psychological factors were also identified that make specific requirements for the personality of a chess player. Among the numerous psychological qualities of a personality, those that most often prevail during large and responsible competitions were singled out. Thus, some individual characteristics of a chess player were identified that directly affect his competitive efficiency, namely: stress resistance, volitional efforts, and the quality of cognitive processes, psychomotor abilities and control of mental states. Studies of the psychological requirements for the personality of a chess player show that the manifestations of cognitive processes play a special and important role in the success of his competitive activity.
Mindfulness, as a method of psychological self-regulation, continues to be the subject of theoretical and experimental research, especially in Western scientific circles. The aim of this research is to find out the interpretations and definitions of mindfulness in psychological concepts, to explore its components. The study shows that the definitions of mindfulness generally do not clarify the state of consciousness that arises while performing mindfulness practices. According to he results of the research attention is in the center of maindfulness. The attention should be paid purposefully, in the present moment, without criticizing, openly, and should be focused on the flow and experience of feelings, emotions and sensations. Mindfulness is also a set of skills, a state, a process, a quality and a practice.
The article summarizes the results of about 10 years of research on the reliability of a football referee. In the course of many years of work, a comprehensive study of the individual psychological characteristics of the referee was carried out. The results of the study made it possible to identify important psychological components that ensure the reliability of a referee's activity, as well as some structural and psychological features of the system of training judges. A comprehensive study of the activities of a football referee showed that psychological adaptation to modern requirements is possible, but requires the acquisition of new professional knowledge and psychological preparation. At the same time, world experience shows that refereeing in modern football cannot be error-free without technical intervention.
The next article is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of criminal culture. Speaking about criminal culture, it must be said that for its formation there were historical, cultural, social, manifestations, as well as legal conditions that, as a result of the state structure, state activity or inaction, contributed to the existence of this culture, which for many years became a part of public life. From the point of view of the impact on a person, of course, it is assimilated faster, especially by juveniles, due to the age characteristics of the latter. Aggression, violence on television, the successes of those who demonstrate certain criminal behavior and stories promoting romantic dummy heroes are perceived by juveniles as positive, and their unlimited access to the Internet allows juveniles to receive extensive information about the peculiarities of criminal culture. The article provides a theoretical analysis of criminal culture from the point of view of psychological impact. Also presented are the results of a study aimed at studying the negative impact of criminal culture on juveniles. The results of the study allow us to conclude that juveniles tend to apply certain values of the criminal subculture in their interpersonal relationships - norms as a form of behavior, as a means of regulating relationships. This is especially true when it comes to friendship with males, as well as when building relationships with the opposite sex.
The article describes the protective mechanisms of the person. A reference is made to the inverse relationship between personal growth and defense mecha- nisms. The topicality of the article is closely connected with its essence and aim, e.i. in psychological consultation, especially in the process of studying the protec- tive mechanisms of the person, the characteristic features of psychodiagnostic me- thods should be strictly taken into consideration, aspiring to the accurate methods of psychological estimation in practical therapy to be considered as a rule, rather than an exception to the rules. It is important to receive initial or accurate infor- mation about the visitor’s personal traits and characteristics by means of psycho- diagnostic testing. The model "Big Five", developed by P. Costa and R. McCray, is presented, which nowadays describes personality traits of people most objectively. It is combined with three-factor model ''Dark Triad' that exposes the dark sides of the person. The need for originality and constant improvement of the source ma- terial is also noted. A reference is made to the main characteristics of the psy- chologist or of the highly skilled person, on the basis of which the specialist is authorized to assemble the mosaic of the mental world of the person in front of him and give a positive result.
The article discusses the social and psychological characteristics of the Artsakh war in 2020, as well as the characteristics of the psychophysiological changes in the traumatic effects of stress factors on the participants. Taking into account the characteristics of the traumatized groups and members of their fami- lies, significant factors and their specificity of post-traumatic stress manifestation are considered by groups. Thanks to scientifically based technologies and metho- dological guidelines, an effective process of rehabilitation work and the necessary level of psychological control of the victims are ensured.
The structure of the problem of personal psychological security insurance in the context of the work environment changes is presented in the article. The structural components of the person's psychological security in the work environ- ment are interpreted in detail and the observation of the conflict between person and external environment in margins of macro and microenvironments. In the result of the theoretical analysis, the connection between psychological security, psychological health, personal orientation, the subjective reflection of objective reality, and emotional component is emphasized in details clarifying the basis of the shape of the danger. Relative commonalities of the work conditions are revealed at the personal level when parallels are drawn between the work environment and the psychological side of the security.
The article presents the psychological peculiarities of higher education in different countries. The aim of the article is to present the psychological peculiari- ties of higher education in different countries. The aim of this article is to study the psychological peculiarities of education in management, to reveal the differen- ces and commonalities of the educational systems of different countries. We have chosen comparison as a method, and as criteria of comparison we have singled out the level of higher education, the duration of study and the professional- psychological qualities of the lecturer. Such a study will provide an opportunity to identify the professional-psychological qualities of lecturers from different coun- tries, on the basis of which we can compile a psychological portrait of a lecturer.
The article examines the influence of religion in the structural system of the individual, depending on the characteristics of religious faith, supernatural characteristics, sexual characteristics of the individual and crisis situations. Psychological interpretations of the mechanisms of influence used in religions are also presented. The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of religion in the cognitive, behavioral and emotional components of modern man from the point of view of psychological impact., one of these provisions is that value positions play a major role in the choice of behavior and determine the level of activity of personal activity, and the religious worldview in some cases rises above the level of personal identity and identification, it can become an indicator of national identity.
Global historical developments and globalization processes lead to changes and dynamic development of modern societies. Thus, the concept of transformational society is formed. At the same time there are significant changes in society system, which are: the localization of western models in social fields activities, international integration, formation of new models of public administration and governance, IT investment procedures. The significant social changes have manifestations in the state and private organizations management processes. This leads to changes of the work organization peculiarities and human resources management. Consi- dering the psychological features and competencies of employees as an essential part of organizational management, we have made a research in order to distinguish the peculiarities of personal features and the interrela- tion between them. We have analyzed the correlation of those features bet- ween managers and non-managers. During the research we studied the per- sonal psychological characteristics, motivational orientations and psychologi- cal maturity of the personnel.
