Abstract

Changes of conductivity, surface tension, relative viscosity and density of sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS)–amino acid (serine, phenylalanine, aspartic acid)– water system have been studied by dependence of mol fraction of amino acid. It has been shown that interactions between particles (molecule, ion, micelle) in indicated system reduced changes in physico-chemical properties due to nature of amino acid. It has been shown that amino acids influence on degree of orientation of surfactants molecules (ions) by method of UV spectroscopy.
