    Abstract

The article considers the results of using a GIS for the recognition of lineaments and ring structures that are weakly manifested on the surface. The discovery of the latter is of great value for clarifying many issues of the geological structure of territories. The results of the studies made it possible to clarify the structural features of the territory.

    Abstract

The results of research and analysis of data obtained by geodetic observations of reservoirs located in the Syunik Region on the Vorotan River, represented by the Spandaryan, Shamb and Tolors reservoirs and the Tatev daily regulating reservoir, are presented. Using geodetic technologies provides an opportunity to conduct a complete cartography of water systems and create a database. In the management process, it is impossible to respond rapidly without the help of a database and corresponding tools. As demonstrated by international experience, these technologies are mandatory in the management process of water systems. High-tech work can improve the accuracy of observations and measurements, as well as optimize expenses and time.

    Abstract

Ukraine is one of the richest countries in fertile soils, and the combination of a fairly favourable temperate climate makes it an agricultural region of Eastern Europe. Large-scale circulating processes often move to its territory, which leads to the formation of periods with low rainfall and high air temperature, which causes the arid phenomena such as droughts, dry winds and ect. Much attention is paid to the study of the occurrence and forecasting of the arid phenomena, as, according to the UNO estimation, the damage caused by these phenomena is 20% of the total damage caused by the natural disasters. Considering the fact that drought is a complex phenomenon that occurs due to the changes in temperature rate, lack of moisture in the atmosphere and soil, lack of precipitation, and significant evaporation from the surface, it is difficult to express it through any meteorological parameter. In addition to simple estimates, such as determining the rate of precipitation and their anomalies, complex numerical and drought indicators and indices, which can detect the presence of the arid phenomena and estimate their intensity, are used. The aim of the study is to analyze the moisture conditions on the territory of Ukraine, to determine the peculiarities of its spatial distribution under the influence of modern regional climate changes.

    Abstract

Soil degradation is a multifactorial process, so the data obtained as a result of their study are important in organization of land management. The paper studies and analyzes the forms, causes and consequences of soil degradation caused by land use. These analyses made it possible to identify existing shortcomings and issues land management. Valuable conclusions and recommendations have been made aimed at improving the efficiency in organization of land management, which, to a greater or lesser extent, will help mitigate soil degradation, which is very actual and urgent for our land-poor Republic.

    Abstract

Until 2021, real estate valuation was carried out on the basis of cadastral valuation of real estate. Since January 1, 2021, real estate valuation is carried out on the basis of an approximate cadastral value of the market. The changes applied to the law had a number of significant impacts on the real estate valuation system, which in turn affected the increase in the real estate tax. The above mentioned changes formed the basis of this study. In our work, we paid attention only to the assessment of buildings and structures and the change in the cadastral value close to the market. The following changes have taken place in the valuation system close to the market cadastral value of real estate: the basic costs of buildings, structures and land plots have changed, the number of estimated territorial zones as well as their coefficients have increased, the areas of estimated territorial zones have changed. The study was conducted on the example of Yerevan, where the average apartment in all zones was evaluated. As a result of comparing the cadastral value and the cadastral value of real estate close to the market, a map of changes in the estimated territorial zones was compiled, where changes in the administrative units of Yerevan were highlighted.

THE NECESSITY OF ATLAS-CARTOGRAPHIC JUSTIFICATION FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF TOURISM AND RECREATION, ITS PRAGMATIC SIGNIFICANCE AND PRINCIPLES OF COMPILATION (on the example of regional units)

Gevorg M. Karapetyan, Rena R. Vardanyan
    View PDF
    Abstract

The paper considers the role of atlas cartographic justification of tourism and recreation organization in the context of rational use of natural resources of regional territorial units. Cartographic justification of the use of these resources is currently relevant especially in mountainous and densely populated geosystems, where, along with natural factors, anthropogenic factors are most actively manifested in various parts of these territorial units. Based on the atlas cartographic database, it will be possible to document the availability of conditions for potential prerequisites for recreational and tourist resources, both in large and smaller territorial units. When forming the structure of the atlas content, it is necessary to classify its data according to their importance in this region, according to the possibilities and nature of their use. It is also necessary to take into account the possible environmental problems of the regions and draw up specific maps and schemes of environmental action projects.

    Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the applicability of various marketing methods and tools for building a marketing strategy for service companies. We have discussed four marketing matrices and explore their productiveness in service marketing researches. As a result, we find out that matrices are the most productive methods for service companies and they have many advantages. They provide an opportunity։ to develop a strategic complex of measures aimed at increasing business turnover; to use several strategies at the same time; to find a situation in the market in which the company will be protected and will be able to independently influence the competitive forces in their market; to predict the threat level of competitors for business activity; to the company owners to assess their company's capabilities against their main competitors; to facilitate the identification of competitive advantages and market opportunities so that companies can develop or create products, services and market strategies.
