Abstract

The parameters of DNA denaturation, the temperature of DNA denaturation (Tm) and its interval (ΔT) has been calculated by denaturation differential curves. It was shown that during the radiation of DNA solution by the frequency of 64.5 GHz the temperature of DNA denaturation (Tm) increases by 1.2ºC and its interval (ΔT) decreases by 0.35ºC.
