This article deals with the problem of the psychological well-being of student youth. The authors reveal the main factors that affect the psychological state of students, and also offer basic methods that can help students cope with emerging difficulties and improve psychological well-being. In particular, trainings with the use of "applied improvisation" are considered, aimed at developing the skills of positive thinking, communication and effective stress management. The article also reveals the importance of social support and interaction for the psychological well-being of students. In this direction, it is proposed to organize student associations and professional support groups. It is also recommended to establish psychological services at universities where students can get professional help.
It is noted that a little-studied and underestimated disfactor of the psychological well-being of students is emotional burnout. In this regard, the issue of teaching students the skills of self-regulation is of great importance. The results of an empirical study aimed at studying the level of psychological well-being of students who combine studies at a university with professional activities are presented; a modern, effective tool for increasing the level of psychological well-being and developing self-regulation skills is proposed. The authors come to the conclusion that the use of a web service as a method of preventing ill-being will help increase the level of students' awareness, develop the skills of self-control of the emotional state and form motivation for personal self-improvement.
In conclusion, it was noted that the psychological well-being of students is an important, urgent problem that requires a systematic approach and comprehensive preventive measures based on the implementation of an individual approach.

In the article, we presented ways to prevent the negative socio-psychological impact of misleading information on a person, a group. We discussed the forms of spreading misleading information via the Internet, the possible negative consequences of their impact on humans, and various social groups. In particular, we presented two main strategies for preventing the destructive socio-psychological impact of misleading information on student youth, emphasizing the role of professional educational programs in the process of studying at the university: the final results that ensure the socio-psychological security of the individual in the specifications, the availability of appropriate courses that ensure their achievement in the curricula.

The psychological factors of creativity manifestation and their study results are shown in this article. The aim of this article is to show the psychological factors of the creativity of the modern manager and their correlation. The survey was conducted among 260 middle managers in the private and public sector. Questionnaire, testing and correlation extraction methods were used for the research. F. Williams creativity discovery methods (tests of divergent thinking and personal qualities), Cettel's 16-factor questionnaire, Potemkin's test of "social-psychological positions of a person in the motivational-demand sphere" were used. Among the managers, the average high level of creativity is combined with the average level of self-esteem, the striving for self-improvement and self-development, the freedom to express thoughts, the ability to develop and improve ideas, the spark of new ideas, the fear of making mistakes, ordinary thinking and giving in to the opinion of the majority are important contributing factors. We conclude that the manager's creativity is determined by psychological factors and their unique correlation. We can state that the education and training of modern managers can receive new content, taking into account the importance of creativity as a systemic quality and the specifics of its manifestation.

The article presents certain small parts of the results of our research and the approaches of various specialists on the following issues: what changes by age stages have occurred in the cognitive sphere of the child, in particular, in thinking, social behavior, emotional-volitional sphere, what positive and negative consequences they can have lead in the process of socialization of the individual, is there a need and in what directions to transform the education system, the methodology of the learning process in order to adapt them to the development and age-related changes of the modern personality, manage these developments, ensure successful and active socialization of the individual? In particular, the changes occurring at primary school age in the cognitive, emotional-volitional spheres, and social behavior of the child were presented (аlthough the study also covers preschool and adolescence). The research was conducted through observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Children of preschool and school age, teachers, and specialist teachers took part in the research. In the article, we also talked about Internet addiction of primary schoolchildren and its negative consequences from the point of view of their socialization.
Our research proves that children of the 21st century have surpassed their peers of previous generations in overall rates of development, the number of new psychological characteristics, the characteristics of their manifestations and general abilities. However, we do not consider it advisable to evaluate these changes only from a positive point of view, since there are a number of psychological and pedagogical problems that we discussed in detail in the article.

Recently, the changes taking place in RA due to the long-term crisis situation (war, covid-19 consequences) are challenging for professional abilities, among which we specifically referred to the professional competencies of pedagogical staff and their changes based on the effects of the crisis.
The paper presents the results of the study of the teaching staff competencies from the standpoint of mental activation, emotional tone and stress resistance parameters. Our goal is to show the manifestation of the above qualities as an additional resource in pedagogical activity, as well as the acquisition of new competencies. It is important to note that the modern conditions have been challenging for the professional competencies of pedagogical staff with the need to use technologies, as well as the changes that lie ahead came as a result of a number of effects caused by the crisis situation. Generally, the profession is made by competencies including the knowledge, skills and abilities and in crisis situation these components becoming the target. Pedagogical staff’s stress can be represented as the experience by a teacher of unpleasant emotions, such as tension, frustration, anxiety, anger, and depression, resulting from aspects of work as a teacher [9,11]. In recent years, steadily increasing costs and consequences of pedagogues’ stress has received growing concern. To reduce the negative effects stress has on pedagogues, more attention needs to be placed on these growing effects of the crisis [10]. Pedagogical stress is caused by environmental factors as well as individual characteristics. Major environmental factors include poor working conditions, scarcity of resources, heavy workloads, low level of ability to adapt to crisis situations, low level of openness to experience, emotional tone and etc.

This article provides a review of the current relations between using ChatGPT for learning and student well-being. ChatGPT is an AI-based chatbot that can be used to assist students in their learning. It can provide personalized learning recommendations, answer questions, and offer feedback on assignments. However, the impact of using ChatGPT on student well-being can vary depending on several factors.
Firstly, the design and implementation of ChatGPT can affect the student's experience. If the chatbot is poorly designed or implemented, it can cause frustration or confusion, which can negatively impact the student's well-being. On the other hand, a well-designed chatbot that is easy to use and provides helpful feedback can enhance the student's learning experience and overall well-being. Secondly, the student's perception of ChatGPT can also affect their well-being. If the student views ChatGPT as a helpful tool that enhances their learning experience, it can lead to positive emotions and a sense of accomplishment. However, if the student sees ChatGPT as a replacement for human interaction or as a means of surveillance, it can lead to negative emotions such as anxiety or fear. Lastly, the role of ChatGPT in the overall learning environment can also impact student well-being. If ChatGPT is used as a supplement to traditional teaching methods and provides additional support, it can enhance the student's learning experience and improve their well-being. However, if ChatGPT is used as a replacement for human teachers or as the sole means of learning, it can lead to a sense of isolation and disconnection from the learning experience.
This article analyzes the impact of using ChatGPT on student well-being depending on several factors such as design, implementation, perception, and role in the overall learning environment. When designed and implemented well, and used as a supplement to traditional teaching methods, ChatGPT can enhance the student's learning experience and improve their well-being.
