    Abstract

Adsorption dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) on a surface partly dehydroxileted especially pure silica were investigated by infrared spectroscopic and gravimetric methods. It is shown, that the initial centers of adsorption DMSO is basically superficial intense the siloxan groups forming by thermal vacuum of SiO2. In the process of interactions of these groups with enol form DMSO at room temperature, occurs chemisorption of the last one, with formation superficial-connected methylenmethylsylfoxyde compounds, maximal superficial density of which is observed on samples of a sorbent, preliminary termovacuuming at 600°C.

    Abstract

The possibility of obtaining acrylamid-vinyl alcohol copolymer from alkaline saponification of acrylamid-vinyl acetate copolymer was confirmed by IR spectral method. The hydrodinamical behavior of the saponified copolymer was studied by viscosimetry. It was shown that the saponified copolymer has high viscosity and aberrant behavior characteristic for polyelectrolyts.

    Abstract

In the work the possibility to synthesize cast ferrochrome alloys with different contents of chromium under the combustion mode is studied using aluminum as a reducer. Combustion laws in Cr2O3–Fe2O3–Al model system, microstructures of obtained phases are studied, composition and density of products are determined. Characteristic features of synthesizing ferrochromes, and main factors influencing on combustion laws, phase separation, density, microstructure and composition of products are revealed. It is established that composition and yield of ferrochrome ingot may be regulated by the ratio of iron and chromium oxides, quantity of reducer.

DIASTEREOSELECTFV SYNTHESIS OF NEW Ni(II) COMPLEX OF CHIFF’S BASE OF (S)-2-[N-(N'-BENZYLPROLYL) AMINO] BENZOPHENONE WITH ETHER OF (2S, 4R)-4-BROMGLUTAMIC ACID

    Abstract

Diastereoselectiv reaction of addition of Ni(II) complex Schiffs base of chiral auxiliary (S)-2-[N-(N'-benzylprolyl)amino]benzophenone and glycine to C=C bond of ether of $\alpha$-bromacrylic acid has been investigated. Reaction proceeds in the alcohol, at presence of [(CH3)2CH]2 NH as catalyst. In this work a complex of ether of (2S, 4R)-4-bromglutamic acid with high diastereoselectivity has been obtained, which has been characterized by physical and chemical methods of analysis. The absolute configuration of the complex has been determined by X-ray structural method of analysis.

    Abstract

Radiation monitoring of the beans (Vida faba) selected from six areas of Armenian NPP location regions was carried out. The choice of regions was determined by direction of die wind rose in this region. For control we used the bean from region 60 km away from NPP. We studied parameters of quality and growth physiology of the bean seeds. DNA has been isolated from the sprouts. The melting profiles, enthalpy of helix-coil transition, spectra of circular dichroism of these isolated DNAs were investigated. The results of researches allow to conclude, that small changes on l37Cs and 40K contents in the beans samples from various regions do not influence on DNA structure.

    Abstract

The diversity of extremophilic bacilli in waters of Lake Sevan basin was studied. On the base of morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical properties the taxonomic position of the most common isolates was determined. It was shown that the microphlora of extremophilic bacilli was represented by species Bacillus subtilis, B. licheniformis, B. stearothermophilus and B. alcalophilus.

    Abstract

The joint contents of the transmission of the disease pathogens from dead bacilli-carrier to the healthy caterpillar was studied. Due to the experimental results, it is determined that the caterpillars of Brown Tail Moth are not susceptible towards the influence of secondary infection both under the common laboratory conditions and under high air humidity.

    Abstract

Biometric parameters of pollen of some sorts of grapes growing in zone of ANPP and in the control - Merdzavan are investigated. Comparative analysis demonstrate the high quality of researched parameters for investigated genotypes in both points of their growth. The pollen population with genotypes of optimal parameters (Burmunk, Arakseni, Ararati) can be applied as a material for bioindication and selection.
