TRANSFORMATIONS OF BENZ-SUBSTITUTED 2-METHYL-4-CHLOROQUINOLINES IN THE PRESENCE OF AMINO ACIDS
AbstractBenz-substituted 2-methyl-4-chloroquinolines in DMF and in the presence of aminoacetic or 3-aminopropionic acids form the mixture of substituted 4-N,N-dimethylamino and 4-hydroxy-2-methylquinolines. It is established, that the last compounds are not formed while using aromatic amines and amino acids, particularly aniline, p-toluidine, antranilic and aminobenzoic acids.

INVESTIGATION OF OXIDATIVE POLYMERIZATION AND COPOLYMERIZATION OF 4-AMINOAZOBENZENE
AbstractChemical oxidative polymerization of 4-aminoazobenzene as well as copolymerization with diphenylamine, have been investigated. Potassium dichromate and permanganate have been used as oxidizing agents for polymerization. It has been shown that the high percent of monomer conversion is observed when 0.75 mol potassium permanganate or 0.5 mol potassium dichromate have been used for oxidation of 1 mol monomer. All polymers obtained by different oxidizing agent have similar structures. Chemical oxidative copolymerization of 4-aminoazo-benzene with diphenylamine has been investigated as well, and based on UV spectral data correlation of monomeric units has been calculated.

POTASSIUM PERSULFATE–TRIETHANOLAMINE SYSTEM AS EFFECTIVE INITIATOR FOR ACRYLIC ACID POLYMERIZATION IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
AbstractIt is established that at T=298 K in aqueous solution and in presence of low concentrations of potassium persulfate (PP) and triethanolamine (TEolA) during some hours acrylic acid (AAc) ([AAc]0=0.5 M) practically completely is polymerized. The polymerization mechanismis is complex. The process occurs gradually. It is assumed that during polymerization the nature of the compound, which stimulates PP homolysis is being changed. In the initial stage that compound is the TEolA. It is established that in aqueous solutions under the action of PP occur the following transformations: TEolA$\rightarrow$diethanolamine$\rightarrow$ monoethanolamine. Both mono- and diethanolamines separately do not form with PP initiating systems. But they may be condensed with AAc with formation of corresponding tertiary amines, which with PP are able to continue polymerization′s initiation but with less rate.

INTERMOLECULAR INTERACTIONS OF PYRAZOLON HYDRAZIDE WHICH REVEALS ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTY IN WATER ORGANIC MEDIUM AND THE ERYTHROCYTE π-POTENTIAL
AbstractIt has been established that there is interaction between dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and pirazolonhydrazide (PH), which is being revealed in the UR spectral region considering the >S=O (1053 cm–1) and >C=O (1758 and 1720 cm–1) groups absorptions. On the curve, which shows the dependence of PH–H2O system electroconductivity on concentration there are two breaks, which are due to an associate formation. Densimetric measurements data is observed in the systems PH–H2O, DMSO, physiological solution and in the temperature range 293–313 K show that only in the case of PH–physiological solution there are two minimums on the curve density-concentration, which is due to the apparent molar volume construction. The action of PH in physiological solution on the erythrocyte mass (π-potential) favors the erythrocyte layer stabilization and the preservation of the state in the system.

Cu (II)–LEUCINE COMPLEX AS HOMOGENEOUS CATALYST FOR CUMENE HIDROPEROXSIDE DECOMPOSITION IN AQUEOUS MEDIUM
AbstractMaking use spectroscopic, isomolar series and kinetic methods the complex formation between Cu(II) ion and leucine (Leu) in aqueous medium is studied. The formation of complex with L:M2+=1:1 relation is established, which in the studied system H2O+Cu(II)+Leu+CHP acts as homogeneous catalyst resulting cumene hydroperoxide (CHP) decomposition. Kinetic regularities of hydroperoxide (ROOH) decomposition under the action of [Cu(II)Leu ] complex are studied. The reaction law is: W0 = –d[ROOH]0/dt=Kcat[Cu2+Leu]0[ROOH]0 = Keff[ROOH]0, where Keff = Kcat[Cu2+Leu]0. Keff’s dependence on temperature is expressed by the following Arrhenius equation (the activation energy is expressed in J/mol): Keff = (7.07 ± 0.05)105exp[(–49400 ± 300)/RT], min–1.

INFLUENCE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES WITH EXTREMELY HIGH FREQUENCY AND LOW INTENSITY ON THE GROWTH OF WHEAT GERMS
AbstractTo find out the role of water in EMW effect process with extremely high frequency on biosystem and the participation of water in formation of response reaction of biosystem, the influence of EMW with extremely high frequency and low intensity on wheat germ growth has been investigated. Irradiation of germinating seeds and cultivation of seeds and germs by irradiated water stimulate the growth of germs. It is assumed, that the leading role in the response forming process of biosystem to the external physical field effect belongs to water. It has been shown, that the repeated effects of irradiated water on developing germs reinforce the biosystem response to the external effect. Cumulative effect is observed.

ETIOLOGY AND THERAPY OF ONYCHOMYCOSES IN ARMENIA
AbstractSpectrum of fungal pathogens in nails are determined. 47 samples of nails from patients are examined. Predominant etiologic agent of feet onychomycosis was Trichophyton sp. (T. rubrum – 65%) and species of the genus Candida (21%) – C. albicans, C. parapsilosis, C. tropicalis. The theory is used, confirmed the effectiveness of the calculation of the clinical index recommended by A.Yu. Sergeev and Yu.V. Sergeev as the most objective means to treat onychomycosis.

MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS OF HEART RHYTHM CHANGES DURING STUDY LOADING
AbstractPsychophysiological parameters of girls and boys (9-grade) were studied at school for gifted children of Sari City of Iran. Students' integral indices of heart rate were analyzed by means of the computer program method of variation pulsometry of R. Baevsky. Psychophysiological testing showed that most of boys are extroverts and girls are introverts. Boys were characterized having higher levels personal and situational anxiety than girls. In the dynamics of the school year phase changes of heart rate were observed both in girls and boys. In December there was a relatively decrease in activity of the regulatory mechanisms of cardiac rhythm – decreasing of the sympathetic circuit voltage regulation. At the end of the academic year (in May) activity of the markers of SNA increases and parasympathetic activity of channels and humoral heart rate regulation decreases, which is mostly pronounced among boys.

DETERMINATION AND INVESTIGATION OF POLLUTION OF THE NIR RIVER IN ARDABIL PROVINCE OF IRAN
AbstractThe Nir River of Nir City is formed by joining of 5 Bolaughlar springs with high debit: two of these springs provide potable water of Nir City. The river flows from the middle of the city and about 35 tons/day of urban, rural and agriculture waste are offloaded to the river. So, the importance of studying of the conditions of chemical and physical pollution is emerged. Factors like physical and chemical parameters, the amount of anions and cations, turbidity, stiffness, dissolved oxygen, biochemical oxygen density, chemical oxygen density, water temperature, pH, CaCO3, fecal and total coliforms were evaluated. Based on the results of this experiment it was concluded that despite the increase of pollutants downstream of the city in comparison to the upstream, studied indices were under the critical limit and were meeting the international standards.
