    Abstract

The influence of impulse neodim lazer radiation on physical-chemical behavior of water and water-micellar solution of anionic surfactants sodium pentadecilsulfat has been studied. It is shown that depending on radiation exposition time the electroconduction of water is changed, which is stipulated by structural changes of water. These changes influence on the process of micellarformation and the meaning of CCM.

    Abstract

The influence of DMSO on cumene autooxidation kinetics in chlorobenzene solutions initiated by AIBN has been studied at 353 K. It is established that in presence of DMSO the steady state rate (RS ) obeys the law, which describes the kinetics of radical chain reactions. But in presence of DMSO the reaction begins to occur after some induction period, which depends on [DMCO]0. It is also established that DMSO decreases the RS . The influence of DMSO+ionol mixture on kinetics of cited reaction is studied. The obtained kinetic data are discussed. One may conclude that DMSO is a weak inhibitor particularly for cumene autooxidation.

    Abstract

Maximum bubble pressure method has been used to study dynamic surface tension γ(t) of lysozyme in dimethyl sulfoxide/water mixtures. The γ(t) decay was measured in the range of 30 ms to 60 s. The induction period has been reported for dynamic surface tension of lysozyme. The transport of DMSO molecules from bulk to surface region has been studied that could be the result of intermolecular interactions.

    Abstract

The interaction of iodide anion complex of cadmium with basic dye methyl green (MG) has been investigated. Forming ionic associate could be extracted by butylacetate. Maximal light absorption is observed at λ=635–640 nm wavelengths. The optimal acidity of aqueous phase is pH=1, optimal concentration of MG is 6.88⋅10–4–1.204⋅10–3 M and KI – 3⋅10–2–7⋅10–2 M. The range of determined concentration is 0.24–10.0 mcg/mL ( ε636 = 94000 ± 600  Lmol–1cm –1). The method was used for determination of cadmium contents in tobacco, meat, milk, sour cream and curd. The method is more sensitive and simple than those reported earlier.

INFLUENCE OF (S)-β-(N-BENZYLAMINO)ALANINE ON BRANCH CHAIN BREVIBACTERIUM FLAVUM AMINO ACIDS AMINOTRANSFERASE AND AROMATIC AMINOTRANSFERASE OF CITROBACTER FREUNDII

    Abstract

Тhe influence of nonprotein amino acids on branch chain amino acids aminotransferase of B. flavum and aromatic transaminase of C. freundii has been studied. According to the obtained results activity of both enzymes are inhibited by (S)-β-(N-benzylamino)alanine. The values of IC50 are 1.35 mM for the first enzyme and 3.8 mM for the last one. The mechanism of inhibition of these enzymes by (S)-β-(N-benzylamino)alanine was revealed. The data obtained suggested that branch chain amino acids aminotransferase is inhibited by (S)-β-(Nbenzylamino)alanine in mixed mode and aromatic transferase is inhibited in competitive mode of inhibition. The study of inhibition mechanisms is important for aminotransferases usage in improvement of amino acid production with strainproducers.

    Abstract

The behaviour of 3,8,8-thrysubstited-3-acetyl-2,7-dioxaspiro[4,4]nonan-1,6- diones in the reactions with semy- and tiosemicarbozides has been investigated. It has been established, that in indicated conditions split rings of butanolides was invisible, which shows the stability of dibutanolide skeleton to feeble nucleofields. On the base of 3,8,8-thrysubstited-3-acetyl-2,7-dioxaspiro[4,4]nonan-1,6-diones was synthesized new heterocyclic compounds including the component of α-spirobutanolides.

    Abstract

Results of the investigation of heavy metal (Cu, Pb, Ni, Mo, Zn, Ag) accumulation in leaves of some arboreous species of Yerevan, growing on soils with different degree of pollution by these elements are presented. White poplar has the highest resistance to pollution and the utmost extent of heavy metal accumulation (total concentrations of metals). C-values (amount of DNA contained within a haploid nucleus) of studied arboreous species have been obtained from electronic database. Certain correlation has been revealed between genome size of these species and their resistance to pollution with heavy metals. Species with small genome size and high degree of heavy metal accumulation can be recommended for implementation of biological monitoring and phytomelioration of polluted soils.

    Abstract

Changes of hemodinamics parameters in conditions of modelling virtual aggressogenic environments at teenagers both of gender and with various level of personal aggression were investigated. The majority of examinees independently of personal aggression level was diagnosed as simpatotonik on vegetative index Kerdo. Differently directed level of situational anxiety changes under the influence of virtual aggressogenic environments are found out. At female with high and low level of personal aggression and male with high level of personal aggression decrease of parameters of central hemodinamics was revealed. It is testifying about decrease of sympathetic nervous system influence. At male with low level of personal aggression under the influence of aggressogenic factors decrease of central hemodinamics parameters was observed that indicates the elevation of sympathetic nervous system influence.
