    Abstract

    The present article makes an attempt to analyze the linguistic peculiarities as well as logical composition of the notary document in Armenian belonging to officialese within the official-documentary style of the language. It reveals the logical structure of the notary document with its three main components and explores interrelations between them.

    THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL STARTING POINTS OF MATHEMATICAL LINGUISTICS

    Abstract

    The interdisciplinary existence of mathematical linguistics is due to the possibility provided by the logical layer of language. Mathematics is the superstratum of language, a highly abstract metalanguage based on the language system. The mathematical principle is present in the language in proportion to different sections of mathematical science, that is, the mathematical patterns of the language can be extracted from geometrical, algebraic, combinatory, probabilistic and other points of view. Applying a mathematical arsenal to a language is not an end in itself. Due to the application of mathematical methods, linguistics achieves greater reliability and verification of the identification of linguistic patterns. The relevance of this article is determined by this conceptual observation. The aim of the work is to highlight the role of mathematical linguistics in fixing and making sense of the accuracy of language patterns with theoretical and practical starting points. The problem arising from the goal is to reveal the systematicity of patterns of both human language and private language with the help of mathematical methods from the viewpoints of coercibility and probability. The novelty of the work is the attempt to bring up the considered interdisciplinarity with a new twist, due to the reality of presenting the goal and problem in a new way. In addition to mathematical methods, general logical, semiotic and philosophical (particularly dialectical) methods were used in the work.

    Abstract
    Language is one of the primary instruments in the field of Law-therefore it is essential for the lawyers to harmonize the rules of general logic with the syntactic logic of the legal sentence. As is known, legal documents may have quite complex syntactic structures. An example of such a structure is the sales and purchase agreement in Armenian which is analysed in the present article from the syntactic, stylistic, logical and semiotic aspects.

    PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PREPOSITIONS OF THE GENITIVE CASE IN GERMAN-LANGUAGE LEGAL DISCOURSE

    Abstract

    This paper is devoted to the study of semantics and functioning of primary and secondary prepositions of the genitive case in German-language legal discourse. The authors attempt to systematise the prepositions of the genitive case on which basis of their semantics and functional meaning in legal texts, and also trace certain regularities of the transition of full-meaning parts of speech, including prepositional groups of nouns, into service parts of speech, namely into secondary prepositions of the genitive case. These semantic-syntactic transformations are possible due to the peculiarities of the linguistic system of the German language, namely, due to the presence of structural-semantic models on the basis of which the serial formation of secondary prepositions of the genitive case in German takes place. Semantic transformation in the formation of secondary prepositions from fully meaningful parts of speech is of great importance.

    VECTORALITY AS A FUNCTIONAL SIDE OF THE MEDIA LANGUAGE IN THE ERA OF DIGITALIZATION

    Abstract

    This article is devoted to the relevance of studying the vector development of the language of mass media against the background of globalization and digitalization of modern society. The relevance of this study is dictated by the possibility of correcting a person's perception of information in the process of acquiring the necessary knowledge when interacting with foreign language sources, taking into account his cognitive abilities. The focus is on the implementation of the functional side of the media language. A special place in the study is occupied by the use of certain cognitive and communicative-speech strategies of the author / recipient in the process of generation and transmission, as well as the perception of the text, respectively, i.e. the establishment and use of a certain vector taking into account the communicative-pragmatic and psychological openness of the text. The vector approach will help to minimize the risks associated with the distortion of the original information. The main feature of the vector is that it represents a certain structure, including linguistic consciousness, a kind of model not only of cognition, but also of verbalization of what is happening in the surrounding world.
