STUDY OF PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF SODIUM DODECYLSULFATE–AMINO ACID–WATER SYSTEM
AbstractChanges of conductivity, surface tension, relative viscosity and density of sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS)–amino acid (serine, phenylalanine, aspartic acid)– water system have been studied by dependence of mol fraction of amino acid. It has been shown that interactions between particles (molecule, ion, micelle) in indicated system reduced changes in physico-chemical properties due to nature of amino acid. It has been shown that amino acids influence on degree of orientation of surfactants molecules (ions) by method of UV spectroscopy.

STUDY OF VOLUMETRIC PROPERTIES OF SULFOXIDE SOLUTIONS BY MEANS OF A VIBRATING-TUBE DENSIMETER
AbstractIn the work are presented volumetric properties of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and diethylsulfoxide (DESO). Densities of binary mixtures of DMSO–water and DESO–water have been measured at temperatures from 298,15 to 343.15 K by means of a vibrating-tube densimeter (DMA 4500), as well as thermal denaturation DNA and human serum albumin of the above mentioned systems. Having certain beliefs about structural particularity of the system sulfoxide–water, became possible to present and explain the process of melting DNA and protein. We have come to the conclusion that DMSO and DESO, in defined concentration rang, stabilize the double spiral DNA and are denaturizing agents for protein.

SOLUBILITY OF TUNGSTEN ACID DEPENDING ON THE SOLUTION Ph
AbstractThe effect of pH on acid-base equilibrium of the tungsten acid and its dissociation products under condition of absence of polymerization process is studied by the methods of spectral photometry and solubility. The equilibrium constant and the constant for dissociation of tungsten hydroxide are calculated.

EXTRACTION-PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF NORSULFAZOLE BY MEANS OF METHYLENE BLUE BASIC DYE
AbstractInteraction of norsulfazole (sulfathiazole) sodium salt with methylene blue basic dye has been studied. Optimal conditions for formation of ionic associate have been determined. It has been estimated that the ionic associate forming may be extracted by means of single extraction procedure at equal volumes of aqueous and organic phases within 8.5–10.0 pH range. Submitting to the Beer’s law observed within 3.8–40.0 mcg/mL norsulfazole contents, light adsorption molar coefficient value at 650 nm wavelength is 20900·300 (L·mol-1·cm-1). Norsulfazole sodium salt interacts with methylene blue in 1:1 molar ratio. The elaborated technique has been applied for determination of norsulfazole in drug tablets.

SYNTHESIS OF BENZ-SUBSTITUTED 4-HYDROXY- AND 4-CHLOR0-3-ALKYL-2-METHYLQUINOLINES
AbstractBenz-substituted 2-methyl-3-alkyl-4-hydroxyquinolines were synthesized by thermal cyclization of corresponding ethylic ethers of 2-[1-(arylamino)ethyliden]butanoic-, pentanoic- or hexanoic-acids. By the interaction of synthesized hydroxyquinolines with phosphorous oxychloride the corresponding 4-chloro derivatives were obtained.

INSULIN ACTION ON OLIGONUCLEOSOMAL DNA FRAGMENTATION IN THYMOCYTE NUCLEI
AbstractIt is established that insulin induces overgrowth of rat thymic gland and elevation of free thymocytes in blood. It is assumed that insulin can antagonize 101 pro-apoptotic effect of glucocortycoids and this underlies mentioned events. In present study we examined the effect of insulin on the key apoptotic process in thymocytes – oligonucleosomal DNA fragmentation in nuclei. It was shown, that oligonucleosomal DNA fragmentation in isolated thymocyte nuclei could be performed without involvement of well-known inducers that are generated in apoptotic cytoplasm. According to our data in early stages of insulin treatment (1 and 4 h after administration), hormone suppresses the oligonucleosomal DNA fragmentation in rat thymocyte nuclei. Coming from these data a supposal was derived that anti-apoptotic effect of insulin could be mediated by hormone-induced suppression of the key nuclear apoptotic event in thymocytes – the oligonucleosomal DNA fragmentation.

BACKGROUND IMPULSE ACTIVITY OF KONTRALATERAL DEITERS NUCLEUS NEURONS OF LABYRINTHECTOMIZED RATS
AbstractComputer analysis of background impulse activity of neurons of left-hand lateral vestibular nucleus (LVN) of rats in norm and after unilateral labyrinthectomy (OL) on 2, 7, 12 and 17 days is carried out. It is shown, that for 2nd day after OL values of average frequency and factor of a variation of interspike intervals authentically raise (41.1±3,8 (Hz), 116.4±2.7 (%) at 34.3±2.0 (Hz), 61.7±6.1 (%) in norm). The next days experiment’s value of average frequency impulsation of kontralateral neurons of LVN remained within the limits of norm, except the 17th day of the experiment when the last decreased up to 26.3±2.4 (Hz). Features and functional value of the received results are discussed.

INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL LOADING ON CARDIOHEMODINAMICAL PARAMETERS OF STUDENTS
AbstractFunctional condition change of the organism of first-year students under influence of physical loading is investigated. The analysis of the received data showed that running a distance of 500 meters both at girls and at young men results universal shifts of different degrees of expressiveness in all investigated parameters. Functional systems of student’s organisms in the first year of high school training adequately react on intensive physical loading due to the pressure regulation mechanisms of heart. The excessive pressure can become the reason of disproportional development of heart chambers, in consequence can bring to hypertrophy of myocardium, infringement of the rhythm, loosening the valve device.

ENERGY METABOLISM IN BLOOD ERYTHROCYTE AT IONIZING IRRADIATION AND AFTER USING OF 4-BUTANOLIDES VAS-167
AbstractIt has been established that ionizing irradiation is characterized by a statistically reliable decrease in ATP concentration and sharp increase in AMP level in blood erythrocytes, accompanied by a significant alteration of ATP/ADP, ATP/AMP coefficient ratios and energetic charge. After application of 4-butanolides VAS-167 an expressed tendency to normalization of all studied indices is observed which testifies to a definite biological activity of the mentioned compound.

STUDY OF INTERACTION OF RHODIUM (III) CHLORIDE ANIONS COMPLEX WITH THIAZINE RAW ORGANIC BASIC TRIMETHILTHIONINE
AbstractInteraction between rhodim(III) chlorice acidocomplex and thiazine raw organic basic dye trimethylthionine has been studied. Compound forming in the system is extracted by dichloroetane–carbon tetrachloride–acetone tri-component mixture (correspondingly 2.5+2.5+5 mL) from pH 1.0 by hydrochloric medium. The maximal ligth absorption is observed at 638 nm wavelenght. The optimal concentration of dye may be provided by addition of 1.0–2.0 mL of 0.1% solution. Linear dependense of the ionic associate optimal absorption on the rhodium(III) concentration is observed within 4.04–50.8 mkg Rh per 10 mL solution range. The molar coefficient of extinction $\overline{\epsilon}_{638}=$ 1.8·104 L·mol–1·cm–1. The influence of a series of interfering and accompanying elements on the determination of the rhodium(III) has been studied. The extraction-absorptiometric method for determination of rhodium by trimethylthionine has been elaborated.
