РОЛЬ ИНТЕРНЕТ-ЗАВИСИМОСТИ В ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ СИСТЕМЫ СЕМЕЙНОЙ КОММУНИКАЦИИ

В эпоху глобальной цифровизации проблемное использование интернета (ПИИ) вышло за рамки индивидуальной психопатологии, превратившись в системный вызов институту семьи. Целью данного исследования является комплексный анализ механизмов трансформации внутрисемейной коммуникации под воздействием неконтролируемой цифровой вовлеченности и родительской «техноференции». В работе применен качественно-ориентированный дизайн смешанных методов. Эмпирическую базу составили данные, полученные от 87 респондентов из 25 семей, проживающих в различных социально-экономических зонах Республики Армения. Сбор данных осуществлялся посредством полуструктурированного анкетирования с последующим применением индуктивного тематического анализа нарративов и дескриптивной статистики. Результаты демонстрируют двунаправленный, цикличный характер цифрового отчуждения. Выявлено, что 73% участников (64 респондента из 87) констатируют критическое сокращение очных контактов в домашней среде. Установлено, что латентная родительская техноференция тесно взаимосвязана с чувством эмоциональной депривации у подростков и их компенсаторным уходом в виртуальную реальность (экранное время превышает 8 часов). Анализ стратегий семейного контроля зафиксировал глубокий институциональный кризис: доминирование нормативного попустительства (67% семей) или неэффективного карательного надзора (33%), что порождает когнитивный диссонанс и «цифровое лицемерие». Научная новизна исследования заключается в концептуализации парадокса «транснациональной цифровой связи» в условиях стран с переходной экономикой: интернет выполняет жизненно важную функцию сохранения макросоциальных связей с диаспорой (позитивно оценено 82% респондентов), одновременно выступая катализатором микросоциального, внутрисемейного разобщения («одиночество вместе»). Практическая значимость работы состоит в обосновании необходимости перехода от запретительных воспитательных практик к формированию осознанного медиа-родительства и совместного цифрового потребления как ключевых условий восстановления экологии семейного общения в XXI веке.
