About the Journal

The "Journal of Yerevan University. Philosophy, Psichology" has been published since 2010. It is the successor of quarterly journal of Social Sciences "Bulletin of Yerevan University" (1967-2009). It is included in the list of scientific periodical publishing the main results and propositions of doctorate dissertations and candidate theses established by the Higher Certification Commission of RA.

The editorial board welcomes the authors dealing with philosophical and psychological as well as interdisciplinary current issues and expects analytical articles from them not restricting the scope of professional interest of the authors.  The thematic fields of the journal are the current issues of logic, anthropology, ethics, aesthetics, theory and history of Armenian and world philosophy. Among the thematic fields are the current issues of history and theory of psychology, personality and clinical psychology, as well as methodology and methodics of philosophical and psychological research. We also welcome research articles on socio-economic, political, socio-cultural, psychological, as well as national identity and mentality issues that will reflect the philosophical and psychological aspects of the challenges that modern societies face and possible ways of their solutions.

The editorial board tries to expand the circle of authors inviting researchers from different universities of the world and accepting articles in English, Russian and Armenian.
