Abstract

Regularity of potassium persulfat+Co2++dimethylaminoethanol reaction has been studied. The rate of the reaction has been determined: Ws=Keff [Co2+]0,4 [P0x][A0–2x], Keff = 2·1012 exp-60/RT l/mol·min. It has been shown that the reaction occurs by two parallel mechanisms: radical and non-radical,  Ws=Wr+Wnr. Possible mechanism of the radical path of the reaction, where Co2+–dimethylaminoethanol is catalytic system, is given.
