It has been shown that the main interaction of dimetylsulfoxide (DMSO) with butenolyde (Bu) occurs between (DMSO) >S=O (1053 сm–1) C=O (1760 сm–1, 1730 сm–1) groups. Densimetric measurements show that in the temperature range 20–40oC the solution (Bu+H2O+DМSО) density dependence on [BU]0 is described by a curve with a minimum at [BU]0=0,009 mol/kg. Two absorption regions λ=350 nм are obtained as the result of complexformation between of DMSO and Bu molecules. The action of Bu on eritrocite results in membrane protection and guarantees its activity, DMSO enhance the results in opposite.
