ՓՈԽՆԱԿ ՄԱՅՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՊԱՅՄԱՆԱԳՐԻ ՀԱՍԿԱՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ ԵՎ ՏԱՐՐԵՐԸ

Abstract

In this article, the features and legal nature of the surrogacy contract were touched upon, in particular, the surrogacy contract as a separate type of contract, the essential terms of the contract, domestic legal regulations, existing contradictions and risks. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study and analysis of a relatively new institutional introduced by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, and in this regard, there is also no Armenian-language literature and in-depth legal analysis. The article will also be useful for practicing lawyers and implementing doctors who often apply the law without a real idea of the possible risks. The article presents specific proposals for overcoming legal gaps and improving legislation.
