This article is about arrangement and implementation of cultural tourism in Armenia and particularly in the monastic complex of Tatev in the region of Syunik. It is based on publications in regard of this issue and field research by the author /personal observations, the method of private conversations and opinion polls with the native residents as well as tourists/. The article is a brief presentation of the measures implemented by the administrative institutions and the native population aimed at the development of tourism in the region. The examination of the materials leads to the conclusion that in order to secure the competitiveness of the Armenian culture in the international arena and to achieve bigger markets due to that it is necessary to develop a comprehensive strategy involving interested professionals in the spheres of tourism, culture, science and business contributing to the harmonious and mutually beneficial cooperation between the public and private sectors. The presented facts prove that in case of implementation of a complex strategic project the tourist centre “Tatev” with its climatic conditions, historic-cultural peculiarities and local traditions has the perspective of holding the leading position in the Armenian tourist market.
Tourism is one of the leading industries of economics in the World and of course in Georgia too. In the article we talk about the types of tourism which are developed in Georgia and which Georgia currently can offer to domestic and international tourists. The author also supposes that touristic potential of Georgia is not learnt and used enough. It is important to implement active governmental policy for reaching high quality service for tourists. It is important that the policy of the country development should accord to the politics of tourism development. In reality we need to keep balance between price of concrete touristic product and its quality, which makes it competitive, and this approach must work first of all for domestic market.
The current state of the market, where competition is becoming more acute, when consumers are becoming more demanding, when foresight expertise and flexibility have become the most important tasks, one must have a well developed strategic plan, which should lead organization both in the short and long terms. This dependence is explained by the fact that if we are able to organize and implement a marketing strategy, as a result we will have a clear idea about the market, we shall be able to analyze the market, understand our strengths and weaknesses, compare our products or services with the corresponding products of competitors, as well as assess the degree of customer satisfaction, identify new needs, etc. With this information and appropriate analysis, organization will receive a significant competitive advantage in the specific market conditions.
Internal auditors play an important role in evaluating the effectiveness of control systems. As an independent reporter to the top management, internal audit is able to assess the internal control systems implemented by the organization and contribute an ongoing effectiveness. As such, internal audit often plays a significant monitoring role. In order to preserve its independence of judgment Internal Audit should not take any direct responsibility in designing, establishing, or maintaining the controls it is supposed to evaluate. It may only advise on potential improvement to be made. To be more effective internal audit of Armenian Banking system should move towards from the Traditional audit risk approaches to the Risk-Based Audit approach. The above mentioned model will provide one step to prepare Risk Based Audit Plan, to assess the most risky entities of the bank.
The article discusses optimization issues of education process financing from governmental and private sectors. Particularly, from the point of view of education service providing market peculiarities, "mixture financing" model of professional education service providing is suggested. It is also important, that governmental subsidizing should not make obstacles for normal functioning of education market and promote identical development of higher and specialized secondary education process.
Insurance of motor vehicles is one of the most popular types of insurance in the world. It is a system of relations in provision insurance services between the provider and the holder of insurance, where the insurance holders’ interests defense is related with the possession, use and disposition of motor vehicles. In many countries motor vehicle owners are obliged to have a contract of insurance for the responsibility of damaging a third person. In this article it is presented the analysis of allowed amounts of risk factors affecting insurance payments in Armenia, as well as comparative analysis of the same risk factors of insurance payments existing in France.
