The article draws attention to the problems of the economic activities of airports, improving the competitiveness of airport facilities, the development of the overall air transport system as a condition of economic growth, a factor in improving the quality of life and competitiveness of the national economy. There were observed the issues of competitiveness of airports in Armenia. It carries out the analysis of the statistical production performance of air transport activities in Armenia and the Armenian airports. On the basis of economic efficiency calculations are made for the development of air transport, improvement of transportation technologies.
The contemporary period of Armenia’s socio-economic development actualizes the problems of tax system radical reform aimed at the attractive business environment formation, qualitative economic growth ensuring. The author substantiates exhausting of tax administration infinite “improving” that cannot facilitate shadow circulation decrease, economy growth basically because of action of fiscal but not incentive function of tax system. In this connection the article reveals profound factors stipulating radical tax reform priority. Decrease of tax burden, giving “tax holidays” are considered as a tax reform pivotal vector because just the latter can insure qualitative breakthrough in economic development. The author also propounds the basic ways of Armenia’s tax system reforming.
The article demonstrates the economic analysis of the plasma work with metals as the important technological approach which is actual as part of the industrial development in the metallurgy. The author analyses the economical approaches and technological steps of working with metals by use of plasma, including technical procedures and economic considerations.
The article reviews the existing problems of financing in health system of RA, and presents possible approaches to their solution. The author points that after the introduction of official co-payments for health services, it doesn’t place the matter on optimal proportion of state free funding and these co-payments, which on the one hand may stimulate the improvement of the quality of health services, and on the other, at the same time restrain access to health care for users. The author discusses the issue of existing similar health services and financing for the persons included in the list of beneficiary of the package of social services, provided by the state and gratuitous primary outpatient medical care for the same person. For the improving of the efficiency of health services and their financing the author offers funding all health services, including primary services for persons included in the list of users of the package of social services through the channel health insurance. The positive effect of this approach is justified by comparing the interests of all stakeholders. In this case the aim and effectiveness of public funding, provisions of high-quality and comprehensive health care services to consumers, as well as a direct interest in monitoring the quality of treatment insured by the insurers are taken into account.
In this article we considered some concepts of labor economics and tried to comment on their conceptual correct use. On the basis of the international norms and treatments existing in economic literature, need of the correct application of considered concepts of labor economics is proved.
