Welcome to the "Journal of Iranian Linguistics," a newly established scholarly platform dedicated to advancing the understanding and exploration of Iranian languages. Our journal stands as a beacon for linguistic research, fostering a community of scholars, researchers, and enthusiasts passionate about unraveling the intricacies of Iranian linguistic diversity.

Mission: The mission of the "Journal of Iranian Linguistics" is to contribute to the scholarly dialogue surrounding Iranian languages. We aim to publish high-quality, original research that deepens our knowledge of linguistic phenomena within the Iranian context and engages with broader issues within the language sciences. 

Scope: Our scope encompasses a broad range of topics within Iranian linguistics, including but not limited to phonology, phonetics, syntax, morphology, historical linguistics, sociolinguistics, computational linguistics, language policy, and language acquisition. We cover all language periods - Old Iranian, Middle Iranian, and New Iranian.

Language Policy: The "Journal of Iranian Linguistics" publishes exclusively in the English language, ensuring a consistent and accessible platform for the global academic community.

Publication Frequency: As a newly established journal, we are proud to announce that the "Journal of Iranian Linguistics" will be published twice a year, in March and September.
