Борьба с орговлей людьми и эксплуатацией и защита прав жертв в пенитенциарной системе

Целью статьи является представление проявлений торговли людьми и эксплуатации в пенитенциарной системе, механизмов выявления таких случаев, объема прав жертв и обязательств государства.
Подчеркивая важность работы в пенитенциарных учреждениях с точки зрения реабилитации и ресоциализации лиц, было подчеркнуто, что государство, в частности администрация пенитенциарных учреждений, должно принимать все необходимые меры для исключения торговли людьми и эксплуатации, рассматривая ее проявления как невыполнение обязательств государства и грубое нарушение прав человека.
В результате проведенного исследования, были представлены рекомендации, направленные на решение проблемы торговли людьми и эксплуатации в пенитенциарной системе. К ним относятся внедрение механизма выявления таких случаев, поддержка и защита жертв, перенаправление и сотрудничество с другими органами, включение конкретных критериев по данному вопросу в общий инструмент оценки рисков и потребностей и т. д.
Была подчеркнута важность борьбы с любыми проявлениями торговли людьми и эксплуатации со стороны администрации тюрьмы или других лиц лишенных свободы, лишенных свободы в пределах тюрьмы.
