Abstract

The amino acid composition of pig’s blood plasma proteins was investigated for the purpose of application in the parenteral nutrition. The greatest output of amino acids is observed in the case of 32 hours’ acid hydrolysis, which constitutes 6.572 g per 100 mL of blood plasma.
