This theoretical article discusses the historical overview, essence and features of neuromarketing as a development of science. The categorical system and toolkit of neuromarketing research as a new field of science, which originated at the border of biology, medicine, economics, sociology and psychology, has been studied. Accordingly, the purpose of this article is to comprehensively present neuromarketing as a new direction in the study of consumer psychology. The need to use neuromarketing methods to identify the needs of consumers is becoming more and more important, as in the modern world consumers are overloaded with advertising messages, the competition between "advertisers" is intensifying. That is why marketers need to develop effective marketing messages that will affect a person's subconscious, motivating him, for example, to buy a product or use a service. In this sense, neuromarketing is apparently a research tool that measures a person's subconscious reactions to marketing incentives. The article critically analyzes the existing methods of neuromarketing, reveals th,eir advantages and disadvantages. As a result, the following groups of neuromarketing methods were identified: methods for measuring the metabolic activity of the brain; Methods that measure the electrical activity of the brain, methods for measuring subconscious reactions. These methods make it possible to assess the level of attention and emotional involvement, activation of memory.
Excessive number of brands in the market leads to information overload. The urbanization of modern society creates an environment where too many shops offer similar products. This is why it is important to study the methods of neuroscience to determine whether marketing choices lead to maximum satisfaction of consumer needs. Neuromarketing, as a scientific concept in the field of marketing research, aims to study, understand and analyze consumer behavior. As a combination of two disciplines, Consumer Neuroscience and Neuroscience, Neuromarketing replaces traditional types of marketing research.

In recent years the world has witnessed many armed conflicts, such as the war in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), the war in Ukraine and others. Along with the physical destruction of infrastructures, human casualties and other obvious consequences, the consequences of war include long-term psychological harm to the people directly or indirectly involved in the armed conflicts, and even to their family members. This article summarizes the results of a psychological study conducted among servicemen who participated in the second Artsakh War (2020). In particular, the degree of expression and combination of PTSD, symptoms of anxiety and depression were revealed. The research was conducted with 300 servicemen approximately 6 months after the end of the war. The obtained results allow us to conclude that a considerable majority of the servicemen had a pronounced degree of the above clinical manifestations, which is connected with a simultaneous effect of different factors. Another important practical conclusion is that the overwhelming majority of the conscripts had a clinical degree of anxiety, depression, or a combination thereof, which unequivocally points to their need for psychological support. It is also indicative that a high level of anxiety and depression is more typical for the group of non-injured soldiers, which might suggest that physical trauma alone is not a sufficient factor for psychological problems, and the absence of a combat wound cannot insure against psychological traumatization.
The results point to the necessity of PTSD-oriented psychological assistance to servicemen with the obligatory involvement of non-injured persons.

The rapid changes of modern technologies, the process of perception move to another field, where the image of a political leader undergoes changes. According to that, the image of a political leader changes in the context of subjective perception. Often the political leader is perceived through myths, archetypes, myths, fairy tales, which shape the public perception, however, the political leader is perceived in the field of subjective perception, but includes elements of social perception. At present, the image of a political leader is formed through a number of mechanisms (PR technologies, advertisements), which complete the psychological portrait of the leader. Nowadays, modern technologies, new equipment և social platforms, create a new model of perception of a political leader, where changes not only the image of leader, but also the content. When we say change, we are talking about a new leader in the context of virtual reality, which is absolutely new, difficult to understand in the field of subjective perception of a person. The main function of the above-mentioned mechanisms is aimed at a clearer, more accessible perception of the political leader, which allows all layers of the society to form a certain image, by which the concept of leader will be more clearly perceived. However, it is necessary to study not only the mechanisms that contribute to changes in perception, but also to study and determine the main causes of these changes. The purpose of this article is to study and compare the psychological perception of the image of political leaders of the countries where transformations have taken place (Armenia, Russia, Belarus, USA) as well as explain the main reasons for the changes by ranking the characteristics of the image of a political leader. The research was conducted in two main stages. In the first stage, we studied the perception of the image of a political leader by non-specialists. We conducted a content analysis on the basis of which we singled out 10 qualities typical of a political leader. Then, in the second stage of the research, we examined the psychological perception of political leaders by political scientists through ranking.

The article discusses the results of our research on meaning-life orientations among people with parental deprivation. It is supposed that people who have had parental deprivation in childhood on the way to realizing the meaning of life have a number of problems with the existence of life goals, choices and evaluations of meanings. To illuminate this uncharted area, we have conducted a research. The purpose of the research was to find out the connection of the meaning of life with self-actualization among the people with childhood parental deprivation. In this article we will concentrate on the analysis of some experimental results, which will describe the peculiarities in the meaning-life orientations among deprived people. The article summarizes the findings and contributions made in our research. The main conclusion that can be drawn is that, though a lot of sources in literature show that people with parental deprivation have more difficulties in the process of realizing and forming meaning in their life, our study provides evidence that there are no differences in the orientations of meaning-life between deprived and non-deprived subjects. Broadly translated our findings indicate that parental deprivation does not have unaltered impact on the meaning of life of a deprived person.

The article is devoted to problem of the social role, status and activity of a modern woman. Since the middle of 20th century the problem became the subject of research in the context of family stability in which the main role was given to the spouse’s vision of woman’s social activity. The social activity is considered as an external function of family and includes social, political, educational, professional orientation, intellectual merits, skills and abilities, i.e. the activity of spouses outside the family. It gives the satisfaction of needs that are practically impossible to meet within the family.
We have studied the hierarchy of family values from the aspect of stability and the ways of expectations and ambitions of 120 families (women-men, n = 240) during the implementation of functions, their relevance within the economic, parenting, social activity, emotional spheres and in external attractiveness. The results of the research allow us to consider the equal distribution of responsibilities of social activity of the spouses as the main precondition for family stability. According to research results, the relatively high rate of social activity of a person/spouse in a system of value hierarchy proves that this function is one of the important factors for strengthening and stabilizing the family relationships.

Migrants’ ethnic network – co-ethnics of migrants that are already established in the host country- often play a major role in the migration-decision making process, as well as in the process of migrants’ adaptation in the new host country. Most of the migrants leaving for permanent residence are labour migrants, whose family members continue to live in Armenia. The aim of our research is to study the representationsof ethnic networks and attitude towards them among family members of the permanent resident migrants who live in Armenia. The research is based on qualitative methodology with application of semi-structured interviews and nonparticipative observation methods. The research was carried out with 23 people whose at least one family member emigrated for permanent residency. As a result of theresearch, three main axes characterizing the representations of ethnic networks and attitude towards themamong migrants’ families were distinguished: first, the representation of ethnic networks as a source of help and security, second, high expectations of ethnic networks’ members, and, third, the contradictory attitude towards ethnic networks. We can conclude that ethnic networks can be a certain protective factor in a migrant’s family members’representations, even a substitute for the family, towards which often inadequately high expectations and contradictory attitude are formed.

The ongoing wars in different countries, post-war crises, the lack of a clear state policy in the field of suicide prevention, unfavourable socio-economic processes, and the growing number of various human diseases are just a few reasons for the extreme form of self-destructive behaviour of a person, which is called suicide in science. A modern person is forced to constantly be exposed to various frustrating and stressful influences, which make a person face the need to show appropriate adaptive behaviour. People whose psychological defence mechanisms are weaker or have been under psycho-traumatic influences for too long, as such “adaptive” behaviour, often choose mild forms of auto-aggressions. In this context, suicides and suicide attempts among children and adolescents are the most sensitive issues.
In science, if there is a relatively sufficient amount of research on adult suicides, suicides of children and adolescents have not been studied systematically and comprehensively. Therefore, there are still many gaps and problems in this field.
For this purpose, we studied 48 criminal cases related to children’s and teenagers’ suicide, and respectively, a number of materials have been submitted to forensic psychological examination, alongside research from renowned foreign experts and published scientific papers.
The research has been carried out using retrospective analysis, retrospective autopsy, expert interview, content-based and other necessary methods, and analysis of specialised professional literature.
The given article touches upon the manifestations of child and adolescent self-destructive behavior.
It’s typical of child suicide that before a child commits suicide, he or she doesn’t perceive the death irreversibility; as a result the conscious fear of death is missingwhich leads to unpremeditated, tactile and impulsive suicide.
In the pre-suicide stagethe suicidal tendency movement is missing: from suicidal ideation to suicidal decision, typology of the meaning of suicide and its factors.
“The destructive tendency” underlies the adolescent suicide which increases the likelihood of them turning to suicide, shortens the duration of the pre-suicidal state, and even increases the probability of counter-suicidal actions under the impact of stressors and frustraters.
In order to prevent suicide, it’s proposed to create a scientific center for the study of auto-destructive behavior, whose activities should be aimed at conducting scientific studies of the phenomenon, ensuring the development of the existing scientific potential in the area and its effective use, publication of self-destruction and suicide-related monographs, books, guidelines and manuals, constantprocess monitoring, activities towards diagnosis and rehabilitation of suicidal tendencies, research and localization of international experience in this area.
