The aim of our study was to discover the nature of psychological response of patients with coronary heart disease in the following two groups: after having bypass surgery and stenting of coronary arteries. In both mentioned groups there are common types of response such as: neurasthenic, apathic, hypochondriac and anxious. Based on our finding we concluded that the strategy of psychological intervention and correction preferably focuses on the change of perception of the illness and personal growth of the patients, including raise of self-awareness and creation of constructive ways to responses of coronary heart disease.
Within this study our aim was to examine the relationship between facebook photo activity and self-attitude and the probability to have body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) among young adults. 60 young adults have participated in our research (30 females and 30 males). The hypothesis of our study was that there is a link between facebookphoto activity and self-attitude, as well as tendency to body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) among young females.
The study was focused on health of 14-15 years old adolescents from Yerevan high schools. We aimed to determine whether certain social and emotional habits of high school students are associated with achieving and maintaining a state of mental and emotional well-being. The study involved 439 (250 female and 189 male) 10th grade high school students in Yerevan. Most adolescents are characterized by moderate levels of aggression and anxiety. In our opinion, there is a need to expand the sample of research both in different marzes, regional centers and villages, as well as in adolescents in Artsakh Republic.
In this article wepresent the process of implementation of WHO mhGAPprogram principles and approaches in undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D 30 and Continuous Medical Education (CME) curriculum of the M. Heratsi Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU). ForCME we worked out two weeks duration training modules to cover: Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) and CAMH in Primary Health Care. The activities related to the program implementation are in progress. We preliminary agreed with WHO representatives about the Armenian translation of mhGAP guide. CME department proved the above mentioned curriculums. In collaboration with Family Medicine department of YSMU mhGAP is included in a training program of physicians and nurses of Primary Health Care. In general the feedback of implemented project is highly positive: more than 85% of trainees are finding it very useful.
Generally, the article presents the features of designing psychodiagnostic online testing systems and the main issues existing in the field. In particular, the issues have to do not only with providing validity and flexibility of similar systems but also with the security of personal information. According to the literature review, it has become clear that the online testing systems and, in particular, the tests themselves are distributed to precisely divided groups and have their spheres of application and design features. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that psychodiagnostic online testing systems need not only fundamental perfection but also solutions of the issue of professional adaptation, personal identification and creation of special conditions of use for people with disabilities.
The application of psychological science in vast majority of interdisciplinary programs becomes all-embracing in the western societies. Nowadays, the word mental health has a broader meaning to it and touches each and every aspect of human life. Consequently, anything that affects our mental well-being can be a subject of general or specific studies to find out the level of its importance and the extent to which it affects the quality of our lives. Most of the government programs provide funding for mental health researches that can improve lives of many members of the society. The following steps of the government can assess how to improve the plans, and in particular, the positive outcome of each program based on the person’s needs. In this descriptive paper, the attempt is to provide some information on needs assessment, planning and follow-up in one of the programs funded by the City of Toronto, which is mainly designed to assist clients with mental health and substance use issues to obtain and maintain housing and get stabilized in their daily life.

In this article, we have analyzed such obvious and hidden unique techniques and tools that are used to influence different target audiences in social media.
In a rapidly changing world it is crucial to establish and maintain a sustainable relationship between employees and employers. Corporations are looking for employees who will demonstrate positive work behavior at workplace and self- confidence in their careers. An employee who demonstrates self-confidence in career can overcome obstacles, strives for self-education, is self-sufficient in career choices, and is willing to move forward. An employee with a positive work ethic is willing to work beyond their defined roles and creating a strong and positive relationship with the organization and teammates. All of this positively affects both the individual, the organization, and teammates by creating a healthy work environment. In this article, we have discussed the formation, strengthening and development of self-confidence in career shaping. We have also defined what psychological capital is (Psycap) and have determined its relation to the positive work behavior. Psycap which is one of the branches of positivist research. The article also analyzes the role of emotional intelligence and its impact on self-confidence in career and on positive work behavior. Literature analysis has shown that there is a positive correlation between psychological capital, positive work behavior, and self-confidence in careers, and in fact, that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on all of this.
Organizations' development trends provide new requirements for HRM professionals in the changing and competitive environment of today. In order to fully implement human resources management functions, HRM specialists have adopted a policy of professional assessment for employees. The issue of effective integration of the assessment system in HR management process is becoming extremely urgent in present, since staff motivation, effective communication and satisfaction level in the organization greatly depends on the competent approach to employee appraisal and rational operation,. So, this article is directed to the research of the issues related to the appraisal and integration of staff assessment in the HRM system, as well as the peculiarities of the assessment of the staff's professional qualities on employee motivation and satisfaction with work.
The purpose of this article is to discuss what factors influence consumer behavior and the factors, that online customer take into the consideration when purchasing online. For that we analyzed existing literature and went through the online purchasing process and identify the reasons why customers buy online and the barriers for online shopping. After analyzing the literature, we identified that the main factors which consumers take into the consideration are price and convenience. At the same time trust in sellers, and the information they provide, is one of the major issues in the digital environment. Consumers constantly mention the perceived risks associated with using the internet. They believe that there is an additional risk of online fraud and scam.
The establishment of the institution of mediation is associated with a complex of legal, social, economic and psychological factors. The study aims to determine the level of awareness of the phenomenon of mediation among students and teachers of Armenian universities, as well as their attitude to the professional competencies of mediators. The survey showed that most of the subjects are not aware of the role and main functions of the mediation system. A high degree of distrust in the institution of mediation was also revealed. According to the results of the survey, important professional skills are identified that are necessary for effective mediation in civil disputes.
The article is devoted to a resource approach to the study of psychological capital and conscious human self-regulation. Its main provisions were formulated earlier (V.I. Morosanova, 2014, 2017, 2019), and this article aims to reveal the resource nature of these phenomena, which are most important for achieving professional and educational goals. In the context of the problem, the main aspects of the study of psychological capital are analyzed. It is concluded that conscious self-regulation is a metasystem of universal and special resources of a person that allows contributing to the productive aspects of achieving goals, as well as activating the reserves of psychological capital to achieve various vital functions.
In the article social and psychological determinants of psychological alienation and its manifestation in different conditions of activity are discussed. Mechanisms and psychophysiological regularities of behavioural changes of psychological alienation and the loss of psychological safety are revealed.
The purpose of this work is studying the relationship between the level of stress-resistance of a person and his perception of time. This was done by methods that measure the perception of a specific period of time and the level of stress resistance. The study showed that the individual level of stress-tolerance correlates with the perception of time, and the higher the level, the less the perception of time changes after the influence of stressors.
The strategies and typological features of decision making were studied among middle managers at different stages of professional development. The significant role of the “vigilance” strategy at different stages of managerial activity is shown. It was found that the importance of the emotional component in the decision-making process decreases while enhancing the logical and informed choice in making decisions.
