Аннотация

The present paper examines the role of translation in foreign language teaching. It observes various
didactic methods of using translation to develop students’ translation skills and improve the foreign language teaching/learning process, as well as solve various problems of cross-cultural and cross-linguistic communication through the appropriate didactic approach and efficient use of translation.
