The process of globalization has gained great importance in recent years. Intercultural legal communication takes place between different legal systems in different languages, and such communication generally has a clearly defined purpose. This paper is aimed at presenting some issues that arise in the process of intercultural communication between different legal systems. Legal translation is the primary means of cross-cultural legal communication. The paper focuses on some translation peculiarities that play a crucial role in the international legal practice.
