Abstract

Using the helfiltration and ionic exchange chromatography methods the total saltsoluble protein of mutant seeds of Armenian red bean induced with ethylenimyne has been studied. It has been found that certain qualitative and quantitative changes has taken place in the protein of mutant seeds.
