Abstract

In a wide interval of Na-$\beta$-glicerophosphate concentration, as well as at high concentrations of sodium p-nitrophenylphosphate the kinetics and mechanism of phosphatase reaction in leached chernozem has been investigated. It is shown, that the hydrolysis of these substrates, as well as of the earlier studied sodium phenolphthalein obeys the mechanism of substrate inhibition. On the basis of the analysis of kinetics and thermodynamic parameters of the investigated process it is shown, that the differences in these systems have only quantitative character, conditioned by various reactivity, as well as sorption ability of investigated substrates and products of hydrolysis.
