Sarcoma 45, doxorubicine, 5-methylcytozine, DiazepamAbstract
It has been shown that under influence of antitumor antibiotic doxorubicine in combination with antistressful preparations (Diazepam, preparation-346) some characteristics of tumor DNA (5-methylcytozine, temperature and interval of melting) approximate to appropriate characteristics of DNA of control rats more closely than only under doxorubicine influence.
